UT's Ticket Office very "user friendly"
Unlike an earlier post, I called UT's ticket office today at 10am, asked for tickets in sect. 32... guy simply said, "ok, I can get you seated in ROW B, seats 12-13"... Are you a BG fan? When I said yes, he said he thought so, because I asked for that section and that's where most of BG people will be sitting... couldn't have been nicer...told me where will call window was etc. So, I don't know why someone got the "runaround" earlier, but it sure wasn't a problem today.

You are lucky, sir. From what I have heard, they've been treating people very poorly, even worse than OUR ticket office treats students. Thanks for sharing the good word, however, and hopefully things will remain this way!
Although, they won't be selling any more tickets this year, because after our win, they won't be bowl bound.
