New? Announcer

Maybe I missed this in another thread, but we had a new announcer on Saturday?
It sounded just like the basketball announcer.
Is this a permanent switch?
He obviously has some room for improvement but he can't be any worse than the other dude.
The only glaring ones I heard was the first tackle for BG was by #2 Anthony Smith and he was calling Jason Rice as Giovanni Fillari for the first few plays, but we can probably forgive him and blame that on the spotter since they are both #27.
