umm...you sure you're remembering the right kicker?? suisham was one of the better kickers we've had at BG.

:edit: Did a little digging. Suisham holds school records for most point with 361, and career field goals with 45. Also holds NCAA IA for PAT's made with 226/233. Not bad for a guy who's awful.

If Suisham was terrible, what is your definition of our kicking game since he left?

After his freshman year he was pretty solid. I can't remember him costing us any games. I think he might be our all time leading scorer.

Hellloooo...He's helped my fantasy team quite a bit. :P Seriously though, he was pretty solid at BG.

I think moneymaker may be referring to the Jarnicki dude, not Suisham.

When I was an undergrad here, I remember him missing a few PATs in consecutive games, and at the moment I truly believed he was terrible. When he was picked up in the NFL, I was in total shock. But, he's not all that bad, and witnessing Timchenko, or shall I say Tim-shank-o, has given me a real appreciation for what we did have with Suisham.

No, he wasn't automatic by any means, but a safe bet. I don't believe he was the punter at the same time, and our punt game was just shy of lousy.

This is his third year with the Redskins and he bounced around a few years before that. I thought that everyone that came on this board knew Shaun was in the NFL.

He did miss 7 xp at BG. His FG marks at BG are below.

FIELD GOALS G Att Made Lg Pct
2001................ 11 8 3 28 37.5
2002................ 12 14 12 43 85.7

I seem to remember Shaun being very good as a sophomore, then weak as a junior, then pretty good again as a senior. tiznow's stats seem to back up that memory.

Of course he's far more famous for his then girlfriend, now wife.

I don't know who Jarwicki is but you might be right.

...Yeah Shaun was a solid kicker. It's a damn hard position to be automatic at for four seasons.

He was a perfect 69/69 on extra points his senior year. God our offense was good then.

And thanks for reminding me of his girlfriend Hammb.

In the past few months someone posted a video of Chris Cooley's fantasy draft in the Free For All forum and she is there with Shaun.

As long as Norm Wemer is employed to make dick and fart jokes and fellate the Detroit Tigers, Toledo radio will always be a joke.
