Thank You Seniors!!!

Post by gmartin »

Thank You Seniors for the past 4 or 5 years you put into this program. Too bad you couldn't have a better coaching staff for all the talent you displayed. Best of luck with your education and your life's journeys!

I agree, losing your last home game hurts, but if they can re-group (difficult indeed) they can beat the team up north.
You either get better or get worse, but you never stay the same.

It breaks my heart to see hard nosed guys like Corey Partridge and Anthony Turner go out like that.

Corey did whatever was asked of him in an undersized, not athletically dominant frame and excelled at it. Punt return with only 10 men on the field, all over the field at Toledo two years ago, the one-handed grab at Ohio State, catching passes, throwing passes- dude did it all. Strapped it on and got it done when he was "allowed" to be on the field.

AT willed the team on his shoulders last year and this year some games. So many guys yanked from being the man at QB would have packed it in. What a great contributor and Falcon he has been.

To the rest of the unnamed guys who played as a team and gave it there all game in and game out thank you as well.

This is a group of seniors that deserved to be on a championship team. It is unfortunate that poor coaching decisions in a few games this year kept them from doing so. Thanks to all of you who gave your all for so many years.

I too express my thanks to all the Seniors that put in all the hard work for so long. I hope you enjoyed your time at BG both on and off the field. Best of luck to all of you.
