Man Geter played good today, but I was watching waiting and waiting for Turner to get going...It seemed odd that the coaches didn't play him that much during his last football game.

Turner's not been 100% healthy, that's for sure. There's a razor thin slim chance that this was not AT's last game in college, but I gotta wonder if he's getting any NFL interest at RB or WR, or at least Arena interest. If so, the coaches may not have been using him all too much in order to keep him healthy for scouts. Just a thought, no evidence to back it up.

turner was a good college player but the only role i see him even getting a sniff at the next level is tight end. he's around 225-230, if he could bulk up to a solid 240 then that might be something. but he's too slow to play wr, and to tall and slow to play rb at the next level.

I don't think AT has any NFL hope. With the proliferation of Arena teams, practically anyone could.

NFL or not I think not playing a Sr. that played hard through injuries for the program is shady. I highly dobt that Brandon held AT back to keep him healthy for NFL scouts later. Just seems really shady they didn't put AT in to get the TD (instead of Beam) after Briggs brilliant fumble rec runback. What could they have been saving AT for? A bowl game? With a 6-6 record I don't think so. Same situation vs. Buffalo AT played and gave him the carries in OT, so why not vs. your rival UT? Im glad another Bowling Green player wont have to put up with the mind games Turner had to put up with now that GB is gone.

After thinking about it for a little bit Zeket, the only thing I could even remotely think about as to why AT wasn't playing that much in the UT game was that perhaps he wasn't feeling all up to par. I know that with the crazy weather we've been getting in Ohio that people are getting sick, so maybe he just wasn't able to focus enough and therefore couldn't play that much. I know it's a long shot, but hey, if you're sick you're sick. Being sick and being hurt are two different things, so please don't tell me "but hey he's played before when he's been hurt" (and no, that wasn't directed back to you zeket)
