Good man, great family, and a definite desire to be a head coach.
Great range of experience and should recruit, motivate, and manage well.
Possible desire to return to this area and maybe not move-on right away.

The MAC and income will probably be a problem.

I thought of Malone as well, but I think it might be a little late in his career to become HC. In fact when I clicked on his Saints bio and saw his pic, I was like yahh he has aged a bit!!

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO AND DO I NEED TO KEEP SAYING NO. I am huge Michigan fan and hearing the name Terry Malone still sends shivers down my back. He cannot run an offense. He was let go by Lloyd Carr bc his offense underachieved. anyone but him! please

I'd have to agree with froelich. I was here during the Malone OC era. Not a big fan at all. Wasn't the best motivator or play caller, in my opinion. Always had good "one-liners" though. Plus I don't see him coming back to BG. But, I've been wrong before.
