I know more than a few folks here will be able to provide reports, right?
Wed, Feb 4 at 5....sigh. This job is getting to be a hassle.

I usually see Flipper there when I go. FF1 will be there. I would think this one would be highly attended.
Let's lobby for Streaming Video like the news conference for his hire!

You have to RSVP this year. Hmm....must be expecting a pretty large crowd.

They've asked folks to RSVP each year. Helps to know how much food and drink to order.

On the brightside, I think it was televised on ESPNU.

Hi,
The event actually started at 4:00 pm with the press there and the recruiting film was shown at that time only with a presentation.
I called and reserved for the 5:00 get together like the email indicated and they didn't have my name listed. I called especially, since I worked to 5:00 pm. and couldn't be there until 5:15 pm. For that reason, BGSU rep. called me back and indicated that coming after 5:00 wasn't a problem.
I did talk to the offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, and two other coaches. To me they are qualified and they are very eager to get started. The coach from Kansas State, new offensive coordinator was responsible for bringing the California QB.
I never saw the annual recruiting film, which shows the recruits in action or heard any speech about the recruits. What a disappointment! I hope they have it on the internet site for all to see.
I graded this event an "C", especially for the working class that can't come before 5:00 pm only and just get drinks and a little talking too.

The starting time did blow, not unlike some start times for home games, and mid-week events scheduled for TV. Hope that isn't something that lingers.
