I will be missing my first BG spring game in years. Why in god's name would they schedule the spring game on the same day as the NFL draft!?
Re: Spring Game Update
Seriously, do they even look at a calendar when they schedule things? Attendance will be dismal at best unless they re-schedulehammb wrote:NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!falconmom wrote:The Spring Game has been moved to Saturday, April 25 at 2 p.m.

Am I the only one who would rather watch some live, actual football being played rather than staying glued to my tv to watch some guys announce a player's name every so often throughout the day?
I mean, I understand being interested in who goes to what team, but I guess I could never picture myself feeling like I had to see it happen live. It just always seemed to me like reading a list of who went where would suffice.
Whichever day it is, I plan to be there to watch the spring game, especially since I won't be a student here next year, and living 7 hours away by that time will put a damper on how often I get to see BG play.

Watching the NFL Draft is THAT important? I like to watch the draft too, but BG > Draft.hammb wrote:NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!falconmom wrote:The Spring Game has been moved to Saturday, April 25 at 2 p.m.

Sorry, I guess I forget that not everybody does the draft like I do. The Draft is a huge weekend for my friends and I. We always get together and hang out drinking beer, eating junk food and watch the entire thing. We're all football nuts, and it's like Christmas morning to us. It's fun because in our group we've got a variety of teams represented and it just makes for a fun day. It's a tradition that I'm not willing to give up for the spring game, as much as I REALLY want to see it this year.
