The season to date, the season to come.

I don't need the UT (still sucks) game to hate that school, or winning it to feel better about myself. I hate UT (still a school of morons) equally all year long. Its like Christmas, I keep a little bit of it with me every day! Beating UT (the TPS of higher ed) isn't about proving BGSU is a better institution, it is about reinforcing the fact the only way they can stand with us is while playing a game. More often than not, they can't even do that. In keeping with great sports tradition, as far as thoughts of our rival go, today I start looking ahead to what we will do to them next year.
There have been too many enjoyable moments with more coming, to write this year off. We played better than most of the world expected. We have established our QB as the next big thing in the MAC. We visited the rarefied air of the top 25 once more. Plus we are looking at a bowl bid. The state of BG football is sound, and after a week or so, I suspect most fans will realize how much there is to like about this year, and the seasons to come.
