I don't know if there's much to complain about this year. (Though many will try.)

Boise St. under the lights could be ridiculous.

My only complaint is the one we've known about for awhile. I don't care how great it is to be on ESPNU, a 5:30 kickoff on a Friday night is absolutely uncalled for. I will be busting my butt to get there in time for the game. Most casual fans will just not go to that game.

Beyond that no complaints. As always I wish every Saturday game was at 7:00, but I realize that's never going to happen, and at least we got the Boise game late. That's gonna be one helluva tailgate.

Forgot about the Friday thing, but yeah, that ship has sailed.

My only hope is that 3:30 wins out fo the UT start time. That game deserves as much tailgate time as possible, not to mention 3 extra hours for out-of-towners to hit the road after Turkey Day.

If we have any hope at all of getting to a home game this year, it would be Akron. So, selfishly, I think the Friday early evening timing s*cks out loud.

I should be able to make the Boise State game which will be fun, and the only other home Saturday game I can make, Ohio, should work out for me too...I work til 1 on Saturdays but could leave straight from work...I can't wait for Falcon Football!!!

The Friday game is a total farce. ESPNU is a farce. I honestly wish they'd put the bloody games on the internet, sign a contract with somebody like NetFlix and be done with it. I get to hate cable TV more by the year.

I can only shake my head at the Akron start time. 5:30 on a Friday. I've already seen that movie, and it's pretty much Drag me to Hell.

Love the Troy and Boise State start times. Ohio is fine at 4...hate the noon kickoff against CMU. Akron? I'm taking the day off so that's not a big deal but 5:30 is a horrible time to start the game. Hoping kickoff is 3:30 for TSUN.

Now, let's tee that puppy up and get going!!!

So when is the big day? If it was posted earlier, I missed it!

I really think this is a stupid schedule. My biggest beef, and I've been on this soapbox before, is that the biggest rivalry game is played when the students are off campus. The AD's have tried to make this into a mini-OSU/UM matchup and it just doesn't work because the fans are too casual. As someone who was a student in the pre-ESPN era, the Doyt was packed and the place rocked for the UT game. Current placement of the UT game is too cold, too buried in the holiday weekend and has to complete with a host of other nationally televised rivalry games.

Attendence for the UT v. BG game has actually gone up from our end since moving the game to the day after thanksgiving.
