BG just got a guard from Elyria. He'd been getting looks from Ohio State and Michigan, plus he was rated fairly high by ESPN.

I haven't heard much about this kid but I'll try to get to a few EHS games this fall to see what I can find out for everyone! Nice to see my hometown contributing to BG!!!

Not only did you get this commit, but he's partially heading to BG because of a previous Elyria commitment from P.J. Mahone.

Interesting that the PD has him listed at 270lbs. and JJ has him listed at 315... Has he gone on a diet? Or has he gone on a big time weight program? Either way, Bob Dupont has got to be THRILLED to find another Elyria kid heading to BG!!!!! :D

Haha...I can't wait for him to come into the Credit Union and ask me about it!

Sounds like a pretty solid pick up for BG! For having such a limited time recruiting, Coach Clawson and staff sure are bringing in some good talent.

40 days...

Welcome aboard psc!

I liked what I saw onthe video....he can hold his block, stay on his feet (315 lbs are only effective when they're upright) and he can get to the second level when he comes off that initial block. He could stand to get his hips a bit lower maybe and like most hs players, he'll need some time in the weight room....but he looks like a keeper.

Coach Clawson definitely seems to be passing the "can he recruit" all nnew coaches face with flying colors
