Welcome, Padre! Glad you decided to get involved here. You seem like a fairly strange cat, what with the pentagram and being from the future and all, but you aren't even half as weird as some of the other characters around this place, so you should fit right in!

And the normal immediate insult from Bleeding Orange calling people animal names and strange before even meeting them. What a nice welcome.Bleeding Orange wrote:You seem like a fairly strange cat

Welcome to the board! I hope that by lurking around for awhile you didn't get the wrong impression about any of us...except BO of course.

The picture was used on an album cover(s) of Rush. Fans of Rush are not strange, unless they are fans of Rush Limbaugh, but that is another thread for another time.

I was just looking for a way to creatively comment on his being from the future, and work in an insult for people like you that populate this board.Metz wrote:And the normal immediate insult from Bleeding Orange calling people animal names and strange before even meeting them. I didn't mean any insult towards Father Brown at all. Sorry if it came off that way.

No problem, none taken. As an aside, the avatar is the logo of Rush from their 2112 record. It was a much a part of my undergrad days as the rec center. Father {Seal} Brown is the head priest in the story.....Bleeding Orange wrote:I was just looking for a way to creatively comment on his being from the future, and work in an insult for people like you that populate this board.Metz wrote:And the normal immediate insult from Bleeding Orange calling people animal names and strange before even meeting them.
