A lot of guys seem to have gone the "watch what I ate and some additional training" route... that's a good thing! That interview has made Chip a favorite of mine!

He's a good kid...can tell he's excited to be part of the program and battling for a starting spot. Size 19 shoe...how the heck do you grow a human being that BiG??? Glad he and Walker both chose to be FALCONS.

FALCON FOOTBALL ROCKS!
Chip gave me a pretty good laugh last night when I ran into him outside of founders where the team is staying. I asked him how camp was going and he had this to say,
"it's about as fun as going to a strip club, you can't touch 'em so it isn't as great as it could be"
I like his sense of humor and he certainly looks more fit in person as well.
The guys seem to be extremely upbeat and I don't think it is out of the question to start 2-2 if not 3-1

Very positive on how the whole team has been working out as a unit plus individually "extra conditioning". Chip is a prime example and evidence this...
From the Toledo Blade on BG's first practice: Clawson informed the group of just over 100 players that he liked what he saw during a session limited to working out in shorts, jerseys and helmets. "Again, it's one day, and I'm pleased with the effort and I'm pleased with the conditioning level our guys are in," he said. "Now we've got to get better every day."
Consider this quote from the Dayton Daily News on Miami's first practice on Friday: Haywood also had praise for the true freshmen practicing for the first time at the Yager Stadium complex. For the returning players, well, not so much. “I’m not pleased with the conditioning of 48 percent of the team,” Haywood said.

Keep up the great work and Go Falcons!
