Curious to know what the mood on the campus is gearing up for the game. Big events planned with the Stroh Center groundbreaking and the game but what's up with the campus?

I was informed that campus fest is tomorrow. That's always fun to enjoy.

if anyone would be willing to grab me one of those free tshirts in a M or a L and mail it to me I would compensate you for any costs plus a little extra for the kind individual.

You want a Qdoba t-shirt? They are not anything special, usually a BG dining t-shirt is as good as it gets.

I heard that there is no longer free food at campus fest due to the University trying to cut back. Can't remember where I heard that though.

I would say that the excitement for the game has been pretty high amongst my friends (mostly seniors, a few juniors). Can't say that anyone's really talking about the Stroh groundbreaking though...

5 or 6 of us will be out tailgating. Can't motivate them to be there by 3 so I'm shooting for 3:45 at the latest. Where is the best spot?

Is the Stroh groundbreaking open to the public? Just walk over? I haven't heard much about it.

It sure is! You'll have to hear speeches and stuff but just to see the shovels go into the ground is pretty cool...knowing that it really is going to happen! :smt026 :smt026 :smt026 =D> =D> =D>

yeah- I'm pretty excited!

We know several first year students and they are pretty excited about their first college football game under the lights.

It will be so cool to see the groundbreaking. This is such a BiG deal...every time I see images & drawings of the Stroh Center it blows me away at what will be there in a couple short years.

Start the day in the lot watching Freakling2 grill and screech for a couple hours, head over to the groundbreaking...back to see the team walk to the stadium at 5. More grilling by Jake, throw the pigskin around...enjoy a beautiful day. Top it off with a BiG crowd for Coach Clawson's debut and a win over a very good Troy team. Sounds nice, eh? :-D

ROLL ALONG..........

Time to make a new countdown clock! :-D I'd make one for Toledo, but I'd be afraid it will get stuck on "10".

I was gonna shoot for 3pm, but may make that 2 if the Freak Grill is going to be open for business! :drinkers:
