Video Feed

Post by able1 »

Anyone else watching the feed through B2 network? If so, how's the quality?
I'm having all kinds of trouble with it. The audio is fine, but the video is so choppy it's unwatchable. I'm watching from a good machine with plenty of memory and a cable connection. This is very frustrating.

Same here. I've got a ticket open with their customer service. I'll post if they offer any solution.

I emailed the customer support as well, hoping they imrpove things in-game or at the very least offer a credit for another game and improve by next game!

Was about to do the same. If you figure anything out, I appreciate it.

They sent me an email saying they were lowering the rate at which it goes out, and said try this link, but the link does not work. :-(

I got the same response, but no link. I just reconnected via the instructions in the original receipt email. Alas, it doesn't seem to have helped.

EDIT: It may have helped a little bit. I'm actually getting flashes of video instead of still photos. It's still not very good, though.

Yeah I connected via the original way since the new link didn't do anything and it is still choppy as hell.

My audio is great, video is intermittent at best. Still, I'll take it!

No reply yet. I reconnected as well and I'm getting the feed again, but it's just as bad as it was before I lost it. Coach interviews, highlight replays, etc are playing pretty well. It's live action that seems to lag the most.

I was listening to the game for free and getting a great broadcast. I paid to watch the game. I'm not happy paying $7 for audio I was getting for nothing.

Sorry, not irritated at your comment. Just the situation.

I'm sorry to hear that I am not the only one having this problem. This is damned near unwatchable - kind of like watching a really, really crappy webcam. I've got a ticket opened with with B2, as well, and have gotten the exact same responses and non-working links. If this doesn't improve in the second half I am going to be demanding a refund.

This is just getting silly. They replied to me offering the same broken links as everyone else. I replied and told them these don't work but that I was able to get back on to the original feed but it was still very bad. They replied with instructions on how to connect by the original link. I'm done being nice

I've been promised a refund. They're blaming the school's internet speed.

Just wanted to let you all know - same problem - the video is still choppy for me after reconnecting and all that.
