Troy vs Big Twelve
I don't know how Troy would do against the worst team in the Big Twelve but given the start that conference has had I'm thinking they would beat two, maybe three B12 teams if the game was played at Troy and Troy had all their players.

I think it's too early to propose hypothetical situations. I think it's possible for any FBS school to beat a Baylor or an Iowa State, especially if the Big 12 team is on the road.

Re: Troy vs Big Twelve
Big 12 hasn't been that bad. Colorado vs CSU is very similar to UC-Xavier in BBall. It doesn't matter how good each team is or where each is ranked - one of them is going to win, the better team doesn't always win, and each team plays their best game of the year. Oklahoma lost their QB in their game. Other than that, B12 has been pretty good. That being said ... Troy would make a great run at ISU and KSU as both played D-1AA games and neither won in blowouts (played two very good D1-AA teams in NDSU and UMass). Big 12 looks pretty good so far ... but they lost against two of the best few they played (BYU and CSU, both MWC) and only beat two good teams (WF and UGa). Hard telling how Troy would do if they played all 12 in an imaginary world, but 0-12 wouldn't surprise me and neither would 6-6. B12 looks pretty good so far, but its very hard to tell in week 1.

Well I can tell you that leaving the game against CU tonight...we (CSU) looked pretty good against a B12 team. There were signs of greatness on both halves, but as for BGSU playing against Troy and Troy playing against a B12 team, i'd have to say that they would do very well against ANY B12 team! That win against Troy in the Doyt was well deserved against a competitive team. I actually thought that we should've won against Minny in our house last year but too many jitters and mistakes costs us the game.
The electricity and fan support of CSU at CU in Boulder was awesome but these guys here are like the stupid obnoxious fans of OSU. I'm so glad we spanked their arrsses in their house. I wanted this so bad from BGSU and I think it's only a matter of time that BGSU fans will wake up and show support for our top notch team. There is no need to analyze if we had a quality win because we did! Regardless if Troy comes out of the SB, they are a great and upcoming team. We just need to have focus and prep for Mizzou and Boise! I'm looking at BG breaking off Mizzou and going up 5-2 lead in the series, and having Boise shaking at the knees coming into the DOYT!
If BGSU and CSU keeps up the wins, my dream of my two college teams playing against each other (all dependent on the bowl eligibility of course from other conferences) will come true! I always wished that BG had the electricity that we showed at the CU game tonight in Boulder. That is the last ingredient that BGSU needs but I continue to believe that Ohio Stank, Michiwas and even Cinci spreads the talent and marketing schema too concentrated to these teams to compete on the level that Boise does. Oh well, Go Brown and Orange and Green and Gold! Can't wait for next week. Ay Ziggy Zoomba and Aggie A!
YOU CAN BET YOUR SWEET CHEEZ AND RICE THAT CU WILL COME INTO TURDLEDO AND CRACK THE WHIP! Sorry, I know its a MAC team, but I just can't bring myself to rooting for them! GO CU after we just beat your arses!

You just see so much of that in college football these days....
