I was gonna wait until game week to post, but I'm still so pumped from Thursday I can't help myself.
Hopefully with the monthly bonus check coming just a couple days before the game budget constraints won't be so over-bearing this time.
We are looking at:
Texas Brisket With Chipotle BBQ sauce
Homemade Texas Toast
Santa M grilled Vegetables (right from the garden)
Grilled Banana Splitz
Have to try and find a good texas Brew at Anderson's to match up, any suggestions welcome.
High Life!
Stoh yeah!
Last but not least, should budgets aquiesce to our desires, the liquor pinata!
Looking forward to hearing everyone elses ideas!

Yes, I was looking for a little something more out of the ordinary though. I've had Shiner many times, was looking for something I haven't tried yet.

Wasn't really planning to theme it after Texas. My buddies have been bugging me about brisket for months now and we just decided to run with it.
Drew, hell yes. Was actually suprised I didn't run into you at the last game.

Due to some BS that came down at work I have to work every Saturday. However, I'm taking vacation for the Boise game. Let me talk to the old roommate and see if we can throw a menu together to bring to it. He makes some pretty good chili that may make a good breakfast.

My next home football game (the last was in 1976) I'll bring Oranges & Brownies.

Good deal. I think we are getting started very early. Counting on that brisket taking at least 10 hours to cook. Breakfast would probably work well. If its the chili I remember, my mouth is watering already.

I know I plan to take the Kettle charcoal grill out there and make a bacon explosion or two.
I also will definitely have a bottle of rum soaked cherries...that's been "marinating" since late June.
I'm not sure what other food I'll be doing, but I'll come up with something. ABTs are a possibility, as are chicken wings. We shall see.

As of now we plan to have the B!G AZZ trailer out there! Feel free to set up near us and we can pool our resources (ie; food setup!) under the camper awning!

Heck yeah you can stop by!
We tailgate in the far northwest corner of the lot to the East of the stadium (the lot along I75). We're up along the grassy area to the south of the golf course hill. Tons of food, tons of booze, and a great collection of people. As is always the case the more the merrier, so stop on by and don't be shy about introducing yourselves!
I have a dark blue Toyota 4Runner and should be out there by noon.

I was thinking the same thing. I think I'll just bring a sack of raw potatoes.
