Marshall has fallen on some pretty hard times since their last year in the MAC.

I remember hard times with the BGSU program as well.

I would honestly rather hear the Terd fans as very confident. In the past, when we've had an opponent who thought they would lose, they usually beat us. For whatever reason *cough*coaching*cough* we played down to our opponents last year and I DO NOT see that happening this year. Falcons, play hard, play to the whistle, BEAT THE TERD!!!

This game is second only to the Toledo game, in terms of those I want to see BGSU win.

Seems a good time to necro post these old videos.

I'd embed them, but haven't figured out how to do that just yet.

Curiously, the last time we played and lost to MizzoU, we played and hammered Marshall.

Seriously thinking about making the drive over Saturday for the game, only about 2hrs from Lexignton. Have to see how the week goes, as my other option for Saturday would be another 12 hrs in the lab.

Every time I start to feel myself not caring about Marshall, I remember Cornelius McGrady and want to beat them by 35 again.

Bingo. I have absolutely no respect for anyone associated with that program after seeing that. That was one of the dirtiest things I have ever seen in sports.

simple its not a MAC game, a win doesn't get us any closer to the goal of playing in to the MAC title game and winning a MAC title

Indeed. Boise is a write-off. Win, great, but it doesn't bring home a title. Lose, and it is expected, but most BGSU fans and the wider world. So long as they play well, make a respectable showing, anything more than that is a bonus.
