Just some tidbits going into Saturday

1) Freddie Barnes currently leads all FBS receivers this season with 25 receptions
2) At 1-1 (with the win against a FCS school), Marshall is on the waiting list for ESPN's Bottom 10. The list is headed up by none other than Miami who has so far been outscored 90-0 in their two games so far. Granted they have had a tough schedule...but really?
3) Heard a rumor around campus that there is talk about the Boise State game being moved to noon instead of 7 so it can be broadcast nationally. Just a rumor though, I don't know if there is actually any truth to it.
4) Heard a rumor that I'm about to make a turkey sandwich for lunch.
5) I can't wait to take down the Herd this Saturday.

I'll squelch No. 3 right now since it's a circulating rumor. I think Grant even mentioned this in his most recent update on the front page of this site. The Boise State game is set for 7 p.m. There are no ongoing talks of moving the game (there was some conversation about a week ago for moving the game to noon but those talks have ceased).

Turns out the rumor was false....it's hard to make a turkey sandwich when you're out of turkey
