New OL Verbal

Don't know if I've seen this name mentioned before, but one recruiting site reports that: Kevin Mahoney -OL - 6'6", 290 from Springfield North HS has verballed to BG... Assuming this is true, we have 3 OL's verballed for next year...
We're also recruiting SW Ohio heavily, based upon some of original verbals and rumored kids.... Still no NE Ohio kids mentioned as having verballed to BG yet...

Hope we can't get a few good ones. Remeber we lost that Lance kid to a heard condition.

We need some big beefeaters in the middle of our line if we want to ever beat the big boys. I know that I gained enough weight eating campus food, get our D-line on that diet.

If we want these kids to gain weight, shouldn't we house them over in Macdonald? The freshmen inhabitants of that quad always gained the most weight when I was student....

Yeah, Lance Latkiewicz (sp?) was a big loss. We'll never know how good he would have been, but he had great size (6-4, 280 if memory serves) and from what I've read, he was quick on his feet and quite strong. Hope we find some monsters for the middle of the D Line.
