Seems everyone is giving us the benefit of the doubt on keeping it close, which surprises me. The way we played vs Marshall really lowered my expectations of this game vs Boise. Even after the Mizzou loss I thought we played well enough to give Boise a good game, but that Marshall dug up bad memories of GB's last year here and made me rethink if we can keep this close. Hopefully the Marshall game was just us being mentally not there and we make this a game. You all know what I fear this game will turn into so I won't go into it. I hope for no more injuries, we can't afford to many more.

You know, FB, I haven't posted on here for over 6 months. But your comments are just getting plain tiresome. Before you complain about the offense get the facts straight or maybe even listen to the weekly conference calls by Coach Clawson. You claim we passed the ball too much last week. I agree by looking at the stats we passed the ball too much, but did you know that 17 of those passes where shuffle passes, which is a one or two yard forward pass. That is the same thing as handing the ball of to the running back. Also, we lost our tight end to injury which is where most of the runs go towards, another reason to do a shuffle pass.
So before you start comparing this offense to Brandon's offense of last year why don't you take some time and do some research! Everyone is so sick of your negativity. I read 11 posts in the last 2 weeks that were so negative out of your mouth. If you can't say anything positive about this program then don't say it at all.
I predict a BG win today. BG 34 BSU 27

So essentially your saying if we don't get our TE back , we're toast? I might have to agree with that since we can't run very well without the TE or at least a FB. I wonder why Reike wasn't used much vs Marshall. Can he not block at all? If our offense goes out the window cuz of one TE that's sad. We've just became even more predictable to Coach Peterson and his staff. In the grand scheme of things , us winning over Boise somehow would not befuddle me as why we might end up losing to EMU or the other Mac bottom feeders during the Mac season that ends up screwing us over. Winning this would be tremendous, but I'd like to see us beat the teams we're supposed to beat when it counts. Getting up and ready for huge teams is nothing new to this team. We do it a lot. Getting focused for the non-exciting teams has been our bane. Let's hope a win over Boise mean's better things than what we're used to.

Did I say anything about WE BEING TOAST without a TE. NO. Did you not read my post! I said the reason we threw the ball so much last game was because we used a shuffle pass! Even if he had our TE we still would have done the shuffle. You play to how the defense lines up. I see nothing wrong with what Coach Clawson did last week. If we executed better in the red zone and not miss FGs we win the game. You really are clueless. You better start heading out to the game. Takes a while for you to get there. Wouldn't want you to miss the first part of the game.
