Wow, brisket may be my new favorite thing to cook. Impossibly cheap and easy to do. Now if only I could remember what it tasted like I do remember that bacon explosion was incredibly tasty so I think I'll be trying my hand at it this week.

So I was challenged to a "burger off" by a fellow employee at Trugreen a few weeks back and this is the big week. The smack talking around the office is in full force. Pretty easy menu for us but I'm sure we will think of some way to dress things up.

So far we have decided on Burgers (of course)
Spuds and Onions
A Bacon Explosion
And possibly some onion rings or other fried veggies.


I loved trying out the food all around me, here's hoping I was actually welcome to it and not pulling a snakeman. Definately planning on much lower levels of intoxication for this one! Looking forward to hearing everyone elses plans!

Post Script~ I think I'm supposed to recruit a couple extra judges for the so called "burger off" so if anyone wants to help out please do.

Seriously, I plan on being out there early-ish, but don't know that I'll commit to being a judge. But if it's cool, I'll float ya a few bucks to grab one of those burgers and some bacon.

Sounds good to me. Keep your nuts to yourself though.
