Ok my picks for week 7...
Was perfect last week lets see how well i do this week.

Bowling Green at Ball State... Gotta pick the Falcons here. This game will either be close or a huge BG win. Im going with a close one but the falcons will pull out a win.

Army at Temple... Temple should win this game. The Owls are looking good this year and army just doesnt have the talent to hold on in this game.

Miami(OH) at Ohio... Ohio should just crush the Redhawks in this game. The redhawks are with out a doubt the worst team in the MAC this year.

Akron at Buffalo... Buffalo should win this game but with these two teams anything could happen. Buffalo should win but I wouldnt rule out the fact of akron coming away with a W.

Central Michigan at Western Michigan... Although the chippewas are the best team in the Mac west. I think WMU has the talent to keep up with them but I think CMU will win this game at the end.

Kent State at Eastern Michigan... This will be a close game but I believe the flashes will come away with a W here in Ypsilanti.

Northern Illinois at Toledo... The rockets will get there butts kicked. The huskies are a very good team this year and will crush the rockets.

Bowling Green at Ball State
BG - BG's defense plays well from the beginning and allows no big plays for the first time in a while, the offense doesn't have to stage a big comeback. Falcons control the game.

1:00 PM ET Army at Temple
Army - Can't really say exactly why, I'm just feeling an Army win. Temple has won 3 straight but they were over EMU, Buffalo, and Ball State. Army's beaten Vandy in a good hard defensive battle - I expect a similar battle in this one.

2:00 PM ET Miami (OH) at Ohio
Ohio - Miami has committed more turnovers than anybody in the country. Ohio takes advantage of opponents' mistakes as we all know well. Ohio big.

3:30 PM ET Akron at Buffalo
Buffalo - Both are below where I thought they'd be, but Akron is worse off because their starting QB is a moron and their backup got hurt against Ohio and is out for the season, meaning a true freshman is the triggerman. UB rolls.

3:30 PM ET Central Michigan at Western Michigan ESPN360.com
CMU - I liked WMU a lot early in the season. They've severely disappointed me. So far, CMU is the team to beat. CMU rolls.

4:00 PM ET Kent State at Eastern Michigan
EMU - I just have an instinct here that EMU is going to pull this one off. Kent is not known for regrouping well after a tough loss. EMU's got to be pretty used to that by now ...

7:00 PM ET Northern Illinois at Toledo
NIU - Toledo has three wins against teams with a combined one win. NIU has played better than anybody in the conference except for CMU. NIU wins big.

This has been the hardest week to pick so far. I'm not confident about any of them ... wow.

12:00 PM ET Bowling Green at Ball State - Bowling Green - BG has turned the corner, and will roll in and out of Muncie with a strong victory

1:00 PM ET Army at Temple - Temple - The owls are on a bit of a roll right now, and they continue that momentum this weekend at home

2:00 PM ET Miami (OH) at Ohio - Ohio - How I wish the Redhawks could pull the upset, but unfortunately, the Bobcats will roll to an easy home win

3:30 PM ET Akron at Buffalo - Buffalo - This game won't go nicely for Akron.

3:30 PM ET Central Michigan at Western Michigan - Central Michigan - The Chippewas are a machine, and won't be stopped by the Broncos

4:00 PM ET Kent State at Eastern Michigan - Kent State - Amazing that I'm taking the Golden Flashes here, but EMU is just that bad, perennially.

7:00 PM ET Northern Illinois at Toledo - Northern Illinois - NIU is the most underrated team in the MAC, and the Huskies will dominate against the Rockets.

12:00 PM ET Bowling Green at Ball State BG should win handily, but will underachieve and make it close.
1:00 PM ET Army at Temple Temple should rock in this one, but it's still hard for me to say Temple is favored to win anything on a football field...
2:00 PM ET Miami (OH) at Ohio Ohio should win by at least two scores, but this is Ohio.....
3:30 PM ET Akron at Buffalo Buffalo easily in this one.
3:30 PM ET Central Michigan at Western Michigan ESPN360.com Best game this week. WMU plays people close, but doesn't seem to have any real interest in actually winning!
4:00 PM ET Kent State at Eastern Michigan This could be the 2nd best game of the week. EMU has show flashes of serious improvement, but losing Andy Schmidt for the season is tough to recover from. Kent wins in a tight one.
7:00 PM ET Northern Illinois at Toledo Will Toledo's Jekyll and Hyde season continue? Probably, but it won't matter against NIU. The Huskies should roll in this one.

Alright, I've put this off for long enough...here we go.

Bowling Green @ Ball State - There is no reason in the world that Bowling Green shouldn't win this game. P.J. is back in the secondary and Freddie Barnes is unstoppable. Look for him to catch 24 or 25 balls this week to break the NCAA record. BG wins B!G.

Army @ Temple - This is a tough one to pick but I'm going to take Army in a close, hard fought game. I am not sold on Temple and I think people who are will change their tune after this week. If the Owls win, maybe I'll have to change my tune. I'm taking Army.

Miami @ Ohio - The Bobcats should have no trouble with the level of awful that is traveling to Athens. Miami looks so bad. I can't wait for BG to play them! Ohio wins in a rout.

CMU @ WMU - The Broncos showed that they have some fire power in the tank in the Glass Bowl last week. Coming off that, I think they could potentially shock the Chippewas. That being said, I still think that CMU is a lot better than the Broncos. CMU wins a close one.

Kent State @ Eastern Michigan - This is one of those games that could go 3 Overtimes without either team scoring. I just don't know what to do with this one. Kent put up a good fight against BG last week so I'll go with them.

NIU @ Toledo - No analysis here...NIU by 56.

PJ Mahone can't play yet, he's just allowed to practice with the team, I believe....

That's what I thought too. I think he has a while to go before he's allowed back on the active roster. I hope that is very soon.
