Is it just me or was the Miami game scheduled to air on ESPNU AND WAS PULLED? This would be the only Miami game i will be unable to watch since i was a freshman in 03'. I am in Pittsburgh and still have watched everyone.

I just looked on espn.com, it lists two espnu games for next Thursday night, Bowling Green at Miami and Ball State at Northern Illinois. I'm guessing that it will be a regional broadcast, with the MAC East range getting BG-MIA and the West range excluding Toledo getting BSU-NIU, with the rest of the country getting one or the other.
I would hope that up here near Buffalo they'll give us BG-MIA, but who knows. All I know is that it doesn't say anything about the game getting pulled.

It should be on ESPN360. If you have Verizon, Comcast, or a few other ISPs, ESPN360 is available.

Stupid ESPN, I am going to get Ball State-NIU. I can't see how this is the most intriguing matchup.
Just was testing out zip codes, it seems everyone I entered at ESPN.com comes up with the NIU-BSU game, even BG's. So I guess it will be a wait and see.

According to the MAC site, the game will not be seen at all so we can watch another lousy contest between Northern Illinois and a horrible Ball State team. This conference needs to tell ESPN to go eff themselves!

And while we're at it, we might as well start getting pissed about the Toledo game not being on TV either as THERE IS NO WAY we will get on ahead of the Temple-Ohio or NIU-CMU games. But at least maybe we will have a reasonable start time of 3:30 or so.

The Miami game will not be on TV now, and the Toledo game will start at either 11:00 AM or 2:00 PM.

Miami/Toledo was on ESPN360 and it was not an ESPN broadcast - the original broadcast was something local with a severe Miami spin. BG/Miami might be available in a similar fashion.

Wow... the first thing I actually agree with RWT on!
Seriously though, this sucks rocks. Why have a game on a THURSDAY night if not for TV? Why won't ESPN put it on 360 only even. It's not on the schedule as of right now.
My bro-in-law is a MiAudi grad and we started this tradition last year where we will each travel to see that game. It is so difficult to make it for a mid-week game. I won't be able to make the Akron or UT games because of prior Friday committments. So that makes my season tickets a waste as well.
I'm sick of taking it up the arse by ESPN and the MAC. These games don't help us anyway. "Oh, but it helps in recruiting!" I'm sure potential recruits love seeing 9,000 people at a game on a Thursday or Friday night in November. C'mon!

Damnit. I thought I was going to be able to see the rest of our games, but I guess not. What the hell MAC?! It's not like NIU-BSU is the much better matchup.

Is the BG-slUT game really not going to be on TV? This is the first time in forever it won't which bites azz. I am hoping that I will be back in Ohio to actually make it to this game. I am pulling for a 3:30 kickoff, but I have a feeling that we will get screwed and the game will be at 11 with 2000 watching. Gotta love the MAC always treating BG like a bitch.

At least they haven't pulled the Akron game yet, but I'm sure they're working on it.
