Ball State at Western Michigan: Broncos roll
Temple at Ohio: Even without Pierce, the Owls will be too much for the Snobkitties
Northern Illinois at Central Michigan: There's nothing really at stake here since the Chips have wrapped up the West, so I wouldn't be surprised if the Huskies keep it close.
Toledo at Bowling Green: My father would tell me never to pick your favorite team in a rivalry situation, but I can't help myself. GO FALCONS!
Eastern Michigan at Akron: Akron didn't look terrible Friday night and it looks like the Hurons have packed it in for the year.
Buffalo at Kent State: Both teams have to be disappointed. This could come down to which coach can get his team focused.

Ball State @ WMU - There is no way that the Cardinals can win this game. Broncos by 50.

Temple @ Ohio - "Golden" Graham cements his chances as Coach of the Year by taking down the Bobcats on their home turf...CMU vs. Temple for the MACC...wow.

NIU @ CMU - The Chips close out the regular season with a win over the Huskies and get ready for Temple...still can't believe it.

slUT @ Bowling Green - Both teams are fired up for this game, Freddie needs 14 catches to gain sole possession of the NCAA Single Season Record, Falcons want a bowl game AND the Peace Pipe. BG wins a shootout by a touchdown.

EMU @ Akron - Is there a chance that InfoCision stadium could implode on itself? Wow...lots of suckitude in this game. I guess I'll pick the home team.

Buffalo @ Kent State - Kent should win this game. I pick them.

Here we go.....

Ball State @ Western Michigan- WMU will win this one easy. Ball States been a cup cake all year and western will just put on the frosting and devour them.

Temple @ Ohio- This will be a good game I believe. This is for all the marbles in the east and I think Temple gets it done.

Northern Illinois @Central Michigan- I dont think the huskies can take down the Chips. CMU looks freakin unstoppable this year. I just hope who ever wins the east can take them down in the championship!

Toledo @ Bowling Green- I believe the Falcons have really improved and I think they will be prepard for this one. The Falcons know whats on the line here. With that said I think BG will play their best football all year in this game.

Eastern Michigan@ Akron- Akron, easy. I dont think the Eagles could beat a highschool team.

Buffalo@ Kent State- Kent State will win this game. The bulls have proved to be a major dud this year.

Ball State at Western Michigan
WMU - WMU is disappointing this year and they could have trouble. Ball State is much better than their record and they have a tendency to stick around in games for a long time. I'll say WMU pulls away late.

Temple at Ohio
Temple - This one is really tough to call. I've picked against each team so many times yet they each come through when I least expect them to. I'll go with Temple. They just seem to find ways to get it done each week and have had fewer close calls than Ohio.

Northern Illinois at Central Michigan
CMU - This will be an excellent game. I would normally say CMU would rest their starters for much of the game in order to be ready for the MAC title game, but there's no way they concede a loss to NIU or even a very close win on senior night with program-defining players like Dan LeFevour and Bryan Anderson graduating. CMU wins a great game.

Toledo at Bowling Green
BG - Freddie sets the NCAA record for receptions in a season, the passing attack lights up the Scud defense, BG wins big and sends Beckman home crying. Amstutz copes with the depression of losing three blowouts in a row to BG by eating all of Tony Paco's.

Eastern Michigan at Akron
Akron - Akron has really not looked that bad this year. Their new QB reminds me a lot of Chad Henne his freshman year - powerful arm, more accurate than most young players, but very raw at this point. EMU has only played one good game this year - at Northwestern. EMU loses bad and Ron English has a lot of work to do this offseason. Akron's athletic department is left with a tough decision regarding Brookhart's future.

Buffalo at Kent State
Buffalo - UB has been in many close games and come out on the wrong end. I feel this will be another close game but UB gets it done after a confidence building whipping of Miami last week.

Mark,
Your comments re: Nicely are interesting...remember, he verballed to BG before Brandon left, then changed over to Akron... It would seem that, with Pankratz, and the other RS and true frosh QB's PLUS two more kids verballed at least for next year, that we should be able to come up with someone good enough at the pos. to take Tyler's place...It's too bad that Pankratz hasn't had more opportunites, but with all the close games we've played, I think Boise was his only appearance...and I thought he looked pretty good in the short time (half qtr) that he was in.

Here we go:

Tuesday, November 24
7:00 PM ET Ball State at Western Michigan Western will win a fairly close game

Friday, November 27
11:00 AM ET Temple at Ohio Ouch, Temple is going to a bowl game..
1:00 PM ET Northern Illinois at Central Michigan CMU wins easily
2:00 PM ET Toledo at Bowling Green Will be hotly contested in the first half, then BG will make adjustments and win in the 2nd half. Man that feels so good to say!
2:00 PM ET Eastern Michigan at Akron Didn't look too bad against us on Friday, but I expect EMU to show a little backbone before falling eventually!
2:00 PM ET Buffalo at Kent State Will either team actually WANT to win this game? If I could pick both teams to lose, I would!
