This saturday I am hosting a GMAC Bowl Preview show on 88.1 FM WBGU with two of my collegues. It will air immediatly following the postgame show of the Women's Basketball game vs. Lehigh @ the Brown Tournament. The show will air from then until 6:30.....the pre-game show for the hockey game home against Michigan State...drop of the puck at 7. The women's game tips off at 3, so we are banking on the show starting about 5-5:15. Join us as we preview Memphis, discuss key matchups, and recap BG's season. Thanks.

Dare I presume you mean WBGU 88.1 FM, not the PBS station WBGU.
Whats the dial-in number if folks want to call, my feeble memory fails me.

Yes WBGU Radio not TV......about the call in number.
I absolutly encourage anyone to call in an share their thoughts about the game at anytime during the show. If you are on a campus phone, just dial 2-2826. For anything else, the number is 419-372-2826. MEMPHIS FANS WELCOME TOO!! Pretty much anyone who calls in will get the opportunity to be on the air.

Ahhh, 2-2826. That rings a bell and brings back fond memories. Whats the slate of sports talk shows on 88.1 these days, lord knows there aren't enough friendly stations to call into these days.

I host a talk show, "On The Line" on WBGU most Saturdays...show and time depends on what BG teams are in action on Saturday. Same number to call in....if you or anyone else wants to know when it is just PM me or post it. We talk everything, BG sports, other college sports, Pro, whatever the big stories are. Call-ins always welcome.

After the Marshall game, I caught a sports talk show on WBGU-FM that was pretty good. The folks on there had a pretty firm sense of just how many MAC teams might be bowling, the dynamics between the BCS and the rest of I-A, and some other things. I was pretty impressed.
