Bayer cited by BG city police
Alex Bayer, a freshman on the Bowling Green State University football team, was cited for underage/under the influence and was issued a civil citation for disorderly conduct by Bowling Green city police at approximately 1 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot of St. Aloysius Church on South Enterprise Street.
A spokesman for the BGSU athletic communications department said Monday night no action had been taken on Bayer's situation.
