Factman,
Thanks for the info on the hotel...wish they'd posted something earlier...I just booked hotel in Daphne, across the bay from Mobile, for about the same price...supposedly about 10mi. from stadium... but wish I'd known about this sooner...would prefer to have stayed with other Falcon Fans. Since I booked thru Hotels.com, I'll get hit with booking fees etc. if I cancel now.

we just booked here. btw, you can cancel at the Marriott by 6pm check-in day.

I just booked at the Marriott also. I expected it to take awhile, but it only took about 10 minutes to get it all set up. Call the 800 number listed.

me too... mmmmm Mobile.
Maybe we can all car pool, per Mobile Bama's suggestion? I'll have a truck that can fit some guys in the back, if that's what needs to be done.

We can carpool like typical southerners. I can go out and rent a Uhaul or Penske truck. Should be able to stack about 50 people in the back of it.

You're the C.O. of this outfit, right? Just got booked to the Marriott...and was able to cancel other hotel without fee.... YES! See you guys on the 21st, as long as we can get our air transportation cleaned up. We might even come down the nite before (20th), if we can work it out.
