Peter King bangs on the MAC

As you may know, Team USA tied Slovenia on Friday in the World Cup. We actually scored a goal late, but the referee made a very controversial call disallowing our game winning goal. The referee is from Mali (Western Africa). Peter King on his Twitter page remarked the following:
"Putting a ref from a small African country in charge of a vital WC game is like a Mid-American Conf ref doing Super Bowl."
et tu Peter?!?!?

King is an Ohio U grad so he is allowed to diss the MAC refs. He's one of us, so to speak.

Agreed with Warthog. He's probably seen some of Ohio's games in the past, maybe other MAC games as well and was quoting from experience.
