Da Bears have a 6 part video series on their web site about rookie mini camp. Freddie Barnes is named on camera a couple of times.They have him walking to the bus today- last day? hoping that he gets a call. IIRC, tomorrow is the day that they get a call whether they return or not.
It was pretty cool to see behind the scenes. And Jon Hoke- didn't see that one coming. Good for him!

Let's all hope that Freddie gets a call!

Freddie signed a deal as an UDFA, he is on the Bears roster until they cut him. I can't imagine they'd cut him before their training camp actually begins.

Every thing I've read is he'll be one of the last WRs cut and will be signed to the practice squad.
