Ranked #114 and predicted to go 4-8. Should be enough motivation me thinks for coaching staff.

I don't get the logic behind their rankings. They have MU going 1-11 and BG beating them, yet they are ranked ahead of BG. This is the most asinine rankings in the media.

Didn't you know? That's because Michigan is still a better team, even though they would lose to us. That's because at 1-11 they will still make a bowl game.

Which has nothing to do with Miami.

Oh yeah, MU is Miami, not Michigan. My fault. Now I have no witty statement for Miami being ranked above us.

Ahhh, it'd be more fun beating Michigan anyway. The rare occasions when you beat Miami the rest of the state has to suffer through meteorologic absurdities and long snappers have to suffer total synaps dysfunction.

Hmmm... Seems like we have seen this post before.

Oh yeah, now I remember. We see this post every year at this time. And every year, by week three, it becomes very apparent what CFN knows...jack squat.

So true...but beating tsun more often than not makes up for our shortcomings against Miami. :-D

Any publication that ranks BG as the second worst team in the MAC is a joke... enough said

Did anyone read the intro? It says that is where he sees BG at the beginning of the season, not where they'll finish. My guess is that they factored in that so much is gone off last year's team. I'm not sure we are a Top 100 team to start, but we should improve. College football is all about the QB, and right now we aren't sure who is even going to play.

I think by the MAC sked we'll be a pretty good club. Sure there will be some lumps early on but Coach Clawson & staff do a hell of a job preparing these players. Temple may be the fave but any number of teams can win the division.

Just win the East...not winning the MAC since 1992 is really grinding on me lately.

GO FALCONS!

Im hoping this won't be like the season after Omar left, but I feel we have a lot of talent around the team than we did that year. Can't wait for the season to start.
