Pretty interesting that he is not starting this year after catching 46 balls last year.

It's for two reasons: Calvin Wiley and Tyrone Pronty were both supposed to start last year, and both are back. No way Hodges would have caught 46 with those two ahead of him. And second, Kamar Jorden has really impressed. Those three are the starters. No doubt, though, with the depth that Hodges, Hutson, Jones et al will get plenty of catches. And a couple more receiver changes: Steve Dunlap is now a receiver, and Austin Collier is now a DB. So if I've got this right, this off-season alone ...

Jordan Hopgood: WR to RB
Steve Dunlap: RB to WR
Austin Collier: WR to DB
Jovan Leacock: WR to DB

What's going on with Joplin?

He is in the mix with the two and threes. He had a couple drops Sunday at the scrimmage, which may be the reason he is down the line.

If my facts are correct, it appears as though the Dunlap family has actually moved to Bowling Green. Steve's little brother is a sophomore on the BGHS football team.

This team has alot of depth at receiver. I heard that several freshman will be redshirted. From listing to Coach Clawson's interviews, I believe he said that Joplin needs to learn the offense better, before he gets more reps.
