I am hoping there will be something. Perhaps it will be on ESPN3.com

I checked the GamePlan schedule and didn't see it listed. I saw it was listed on Troy's site as ISP/Troy, so perhaps an internet feed of some sort?

Re: Any TV coverage for BG-Troy?
Saw a discussion of this on Troy's message board as I was perusing it yesterday. Something was said about a local CW carrying the game, in which case I would not be surprised to see it pop up on ESPN 3 (I still have to get used to saying that instead of 360) or ChannelSurfing. In fact, chances are good that if it is televised somewhere, then there will be a stream of it online somewhere as well.

I was just wondering the same thing. Hopefully we'll see it pop up on the schedule for ESPN 3 or ChannelSurfing.

According to the game notes, there is a live stream on the Troy official site for $5.95. Might be worth checking out.

Has anyone heard anything with the Time Warner / ESPN contract negotiations? The game being on ESPN3 or Gameplan could be a moot point for a lot of us.

There's a link to a TV stream for 6 bucks. Did it last year, TV quality sucked. Just saying ...

Rumor is that the new Time Warner/Disney deal will include ESPN3.

Supposedly, it is an all new system this year. It is now called Trojan All Access, powered by Sidearm, or something like that. In the past it was the Game Pass and the quality was lacking. Of course I only used it to watch our road games, which I think relied on the internet feed/quality of the opponents. So some games were excellent, like our game against ULM a couple years ago, which looked almost HD quality. But our game against BG had issues from the start. Most of us ended up watching it on channelsurfing. There was one other game I remember being frustrated with, but it was a conference game. Maybe it was FIU or WKU, that looked like some high school football game film.MarkL wrote:http://bgsufalcons.com/news/2010/8/30/F ... 05900.aspx

It's about time. I've been traditionally forced to come to my campus office to watch road games on espn3.Falcon137 wrote:This would be excellent.....anyone know if they will make the September 2nd deadline?BGDrew wrote:Rumor is that the new Time Warner/Disney deal will include ESPN3.
