New Falcon gear

Post by LowryFalcon »

So every year I have a tradition to go out and buy a crap load of new falcon clothes. My wife argues that my whole wardrobe is orange which I guess is somewhat true. Yesterday I went out to the bookstore to get some new stuff and they have some really sweet things this year. I got a new jacket thats brown and white with the new falcon logo on the left front. They are selling ay ziggy zooma shirts with the lyrics on the back so I bought one of those as well. They even have a shirt there thats sort of a double shirt. The bottom layer has freddies body on it and the top layer is just a orange shirt with a bg and logo on it. When you flip it up over your head the inside of the shirt has a freddie face on it. Its freaking awesome!!! but the wife wouldnt let me get it :( .

Anyway, just thought I would share this with everyone.

P.S. I didnt get around to going to SBX so Im not sure what kinda new stuff they have there but if anyone knows please share.

I'm like you in that I usually run out to buy some new falcon gear every Fall right before football season. I haven't gone yet, I think I'm gonna stop by SBX Saturday morning before tailgating and see what they've got!

Did you look to see if they had a pair of testicles you could buy while you were there?

Hey I know the pain. My wife keeps my balls in the nightstand next to her side of the bed. I spend maybe $150 on clothes, shoes, and other things I might wear per year. My wife spends nearly that per month. When you're out on town buy when she is not around, she won't be mad at you then. ;)

Actually, the wife will be with me on the next trip. It will have to be the one after that. :P

Is the new home jersey going to look the same as the white? I really like my brown and white shoulder things on my #13 jersey!

There's a garage sale Sept. 23rd here in Oregon on Pearson Parkway that will feature lots of BG stuff. I believe its the house of one of the boosters of the football team who recently passed, his name escapes me.

In addition to the last night's parking trauma, someone apparently walked off with my brown retro Brandon-era jersey at the end of the game (I'm crushed. I loved that thing).

So I need a new football jersey stat. Does *anyone* sell home jerseys that can be personalized with numbers of your choice? (I don't want an off-the-shelf white No. 13). Or for that matter, are the brown ones still available?

What are my options? I'm in crisis here!

You could try calling SBX. They had some blanks the last time I was in but they were the old away jerseys.
