Ticket Department FAIL

Just received this in an e-mail
Countdown to Kickoff at The Doyt...10 DAYS!
Hey Falcon Fan!
The countdown is on to Family Weekend 2010, as BGSU Football hosts Kenst State on Saturday, October 23. Kickoff is set for 3:30pm at The Doyt

I think the ticket office has a number of issues to work out. I had a real "cluster" trying to renew my season basketball tickets!

That email blast only comes from the ticket office email address, I'm pretty sure that would be a marketing failure not ticketing.

I wasn't sure and I originally titled the thread to the Marketing department but then changed it when I saw the e-mail was from the ticket office.
Regardless, you would think they would see the little squiggly red line underneath it
