Okay three, but point remains. I'm actually satisfied with how our defense has played the last few weeks. We can't expect them to hold forever when our offense keeps them on the field.

I believe the last time we were winless in the MAC was 1954. It's looking like we're going we're going to break the streak this year. I don't see another winable game.

Kent's average starting field position was a pure gift. The offense's time of posession should show they were barely on the field. The defense did very well considering these conditions.

Kent States defense is way better than ours- sorry. If you crack on them you must be blind to ours. They were in our backfield all night. Kent a stud defensive tackle of 300 pounds.We have no game changer in the front seven. I watched our ends (all 230-240 pounds of them) get smoked all night. I said this before. We do not get off blocks, are undersized and slow. This is clearly one of the worst defensive teams in Div 1 football. I would swap with Kent any day. We did not get worn out - we were bad from the start.

Our offensive line is dreadful - don't even want to go there.

Having said all that I still feel we will be OK under Clawson. He just needs more time.

My wife and I watched Kent's game last week in the glass bowl. It isn't that Kent's defense is good. Our offense made them look good.

They were chanting "BGSUCKS" down in Athens at us a few weeks ago....can we really disagree? Really???

My brother, an OU graduate text me that after we played. I couldn't help but agree.

You're not going to win games when only a handful of players are competing. Last week was a tough loss, but the team seemed to play hard. Yesterday was a joke. I've said before that Clawson and his staff should have more time if only because any staff deserves a fair chance to bring in a couple of recruiting classes. But I'm not optomistic on the future. We shouldn't be this bad, period.

I shouted that at the team when they were heading off to halftime. My wife said it perfectly, "This is like watching a high school team." We would get something going, and then make some stupid mistake. Schilz is clearly hurt and isn't hitting his receivers. Our O-line couldn't stop a Grandma from getting to the QB. Schilz was taking 2 steps back and either getting hit, running for his life from the pressure, or instinctively running even though there wasn't pressure. It was terrible, and I regret staying at that game as long as I did.

I stayed from start to finish. It was painful to watch at times. My only real issue is that Clawson seems to be sticking with Schilz, even though he appears to have limited mobility right now. He was really limping at various points.

I hear all of the points, and I am not arguing any of them. I'm not ready to give up the season yet. Every game we have left if winnable! The only team in the MAC we couldn't compete with is NIU. Everybody else is streaky. We have shown that we can get things going, we just haven't consistently done it this season, which is a sign of a young team. We have some really nice parts, but they haven't come together as a team. The team needs some strong leaders to stand up and make people accountable. I'm not talking about a coach yelling, I'm saying some players need to make things clear!

Well I have heard that this team/ players just does NOT care!
