It's hard to laugh at others' misfortune...whenever I watch that game, with less than a minute left, and see the snap go thru the punter's hands...and then he gets creamed as soon as he looks up by 4 BG players...

We score on 4th down to tie and kick the PAT to win....what a game.

Ahhh, the Two Point Conversion play they ran to score the TD. So much movement, it was hypnotic. Sledge going wide as a decoy. White rolling out, hitting David Hawkins(?) in the back-middle of the end-zone.

If our punting handn't stunk up the place, we'd have won by a lot more.

The fourth and goal stand to end the first half, that reminded me of the fourth and goal stand again Fresno the previous year.

The throw-back pass to Erik White for a TD.

Joe Baer getting hurt.

The third quater melt-down.......hmmmmm, nahhhhh.

I still have the local TV coverage of the week leading up to the game. I have the marching band's pep rally on the Vegas Strip.

The marching band might like the roadtrip this year, but I have to think the Vegas trip was just a LITTLE BIT more fun for that group.

Yeah, I'll say :D I'm on that tape somewhere. Man was that a good time! One of the guys in the band on that trip turned 21 while we were out there. Due to it being the Vegas off season, they let him buy a beer and a shot before midnight. He sat down in front of a slot machine with a bucket, some change, and his two drinks and waited for it to hit 12AM.

And the best line during that trip, that I still remember like it was yesterday...

"NO... YOU CHILL!!"
