I was pleasantly surprised to find this article included in my daily e-mail from the DDN. It's rare that they write about BG in any capacity outside of their results when they play Miami, let alone mention the school in a headline. The article itself is a pretty interesting read.

While I can't bring myself to root for the Steelers in the Super Bowl, I do like that no matter what, a former BG player will be receiving a ring after this year.

Thanks for posting. There have been a few articles on Shaun during superbowl week. As a Steeler fan, I have been promoting him even calling into talk shows in Pittsburgh defending him. I hope he wins the superbowl and kicks 4 40+ FGS. He is the only player to do it in a game, (at least since the merger in 70) and has done it twice.

They talked about him on Channel 7 (WHIO) in Dayton last night on both the 6:00 and 11:00 news, too. His wife is from this area, and apparently they've settled in Greenville. Pretty cool to see the coverage!
