Aother player has left the team

What a surprise? I wrote a couple of months ago guys were going to leave this COACH. How about his first interview about having two good ones (QB) and can take more reps. The # no.1 was brought in with the OC and they has stayed with him all the way. That's two QB in less than two months. This coach is the anti Christ and will burn in hell. Can you blame these players who came to BG to play at a great school and good football program for leaving in droves? The staff has zero class and trust me, players won't play for someone who don't have their backs. Nothing against the # 1 QB. They had loss after loss and still stuck with this guy, Why would you leave a BCS school for the MAC anyway? Say what you want about Birdman. I'm the only one to comment on the side of the players. No one has the jewels to ask why the coach is a #ick and treat players like #hit. Ask some parents what they think of this guy. They are close to the program and know what direction it is headed. You book worms probably don't know any player let alone their parents to make a honest comment. To bad about Pankratz. He and Pagel never got a real shot. These are two great people who don't deserve this type of treatment from a 2-10 program and worst in team history. Someone tell the coach to interview in a room with no background noise in the hall with a asst coach yelling in the background (What's up, How ya doin today? ect ect) or maybe wait until a wind storm to have it outside. Maybe he wants it that way. Does anyone want to hear all the bull#hit anyway. Show two things, some class and what you get Payed for. Does anybody on this thread know what a win is? Bring back your comments, but before you do talk to a player or parent and ask them how they like the treating of their son. On anther note good luck to the girls against GT today. Now back to what you call football. One of these days I'll tell you what I really think of the? can you call it a team? or a bunch of boys running around that need their dippers changed , Let the season begin, we all need a good laugh, I don't see anybody laughing now but Birdman maybe I should call myself Superbirdman with a big S on my chest. Don't study to hard bookworms. Who's yo daddy?

Pagel and Pankratz had their shot and they didn't earn their time....if they want to move on good luck to them. Clawson doesn't owe them reps or palying time over guys who are better than they are. Based on what you've said before, you seem to think that if you're in the program a few years, you deserve playing time over a younger guy...even if tht guy is better than you. It doesn't work that way

Birdman, get off this board. I've ignored your stupidity for a while but you have gone well over the line.
There is no doubt in my mind that you have never met Clawson, his staff, or any of his players. You have absolutely no idea what goes on in practice, on the sidelines, or in the locker room. I however, have met Clawson and have talked with some of his staff, and his players. Clawson is one of the most respectable men I have ever met and he is ALWAYS that way - on the field and off. I don't know where you come off calling him the "anti Christ" and saying he's "going to burn in hell," but you are an idiot.
If you weren't spineless, you'd tell us who you really are. Go get a life! That means leaving this board.

We are Falcons and we will always be proud to be Falcons, win or lose.

Flipper: I understand what your saying. The two QB did not get a shot. Pankraz got his shot at the big house with very few reps in camp as well as weeks up to. Pagel I agree needed some work. There were games were we were behind by three TD"s and 80% of the players never got in, Special teams might a place for playing time. How many times have players gave up on plays last year? I said it all, lets regroup, chill out and see what happens this off season peace. Fledgling: do you always look like that? Smile like you want to be there and don't get upset when we leave when the band starts to play to get a hot dog. We come to the games to watch football. Stay off this board. When you respond to birdman that's really low on your part. wHAT IS HIS INTENT? :supz:

If you're going to respond to me, you can actually use my name. It's not "Fledgling."

birdman...the door was wide open last spring and fall. Neither Pankratz nor Pagel stepped up and took the job. Schilz did...Hurley came in in August and would have been the #2 if they didn't want to keep his redshirt intact. Pankratz and pagel got passed up..it happens. Argue that the coaches wanted to give the edge to their boys..fine...whatever.. but that's the coach's perogative.

Calling him the anti-Christ for playing it like any other coach in America would is just silly...

Birdman, we have a code of ethics of sort on this board. We treat each other with respect. We treat the coaches with respect, even when we disagree with their decisions. We treat the players with respect. We respectfully rip on other schools and coaches. Since you joined here, you have insulted all of us, you have called Clawson the anti-Christ, and you have insulted the integrity of our players.

We also have a community to this board. Many of us know each other personally. You continually insult Music Man and that is really pissing me off and completely not called for on this board. I just looked up two of your quotes here regarding him:

fledgling: My cousins out of prison and is looking forward seeing you play the trombone.
Fledgling: :butthead: go suck a trombone

Music Man is a brother of mine a great friend. He also is a BGSU alum and understands what this community is about.

For me, AZZ.com is a way to keep connected to my Alma Mater, which I love so dearly. I do not live in Bowling Green anymore, and pretty soon, trips to Bowling Green are going to be once or twice a year type events. For everybody here, AZZ is a community of fans who treat each other with respect and have a common love of Bowling Green State University. You have no love for Bowling Green State University and you have failed to respect the others on this board.

You clearly do not belong here. I'm pretty sure that your insults at the coaches and players constitute a violation of the terms of usage of this board, but I'm not positive about that. What I am positive about is that you have no place in the community of AZZ. It's not a community you want to be part of, and I feel I can speak for a very large percentage of this board when saying this is not a community that wants you. Please leave. If I were an admin, I'd be banning you right now.

Have a nice Sunday.

MarkL: Your are 100 % correct and I don"t belong here. I"m sorry for the comments and it's not right ripping the school thread after thread. I'ts your school and you should be proud of it and I respect that relationship you have with other members is something special and will last a life time. I know I have crossed the line and I"m sorry for that. I"ll go away but will be at the games to cheer on the falcons. But I will say this If we go 0-4 and a man comes out of the stands to protest it will be birdman,. So for now I:m out of here don't take anything personal and no harm was was meant to you or anyone else. I was wrong forgive me Birdman

This reminded me of the situation when Josh Harris graduated. If you recall, Omar was by no means seen as the Second Coming. I forget the other kids' names, but there were two other QBs in the mix. Omar won the start job, did well against Oklahoma and the rest, as they say, is history.

If memory serves, the other two both transferred out. It happens. Kids are brought in and someone moves head on the depth chart.

Especially true when it comes to the position of quarterback

I really hope BM leaves, because he's making me not want to participate much here anymore. He's purposely derailing threads and people are responding.

Best of luck to Pagel and Pankratz. Good coaches trim the fat and its clear by Clawson's statements that Aaron wasn't going to factor into his plans this season.

Birdman, I don't read your posts!!! I have you ignored so I have no idea what you say unless someone quotes you. And even then I try to ignore that. But shouldn't you be in Saturday school at 10:00am on a Saturday??
