This is a pretty dark preview... especially from a team like Temple that lost their coach and could struggle

Honestly, the more I look at the schedule, the more I think it may be another bad MAC season. I just don't see a lot of wins out there for us. 2-10 may be tough to match, but I wouldn't be shocked in November if that is where we stand. I think 5-7 is this season's cieling, but more likely we'll be a 3 or 4 win team.

I'm ok with 5-7 if we are competitive every week and look like progress is being made to build this program. I'm tired of seeing scores like 41-7, 65-21, 30-6 to teams that are not even that good.

I agree with that. The program finally has some depth and internal competition, it appears. As much as I'd love for 2011 to be a complete turnaround, 2012 is much more likely.

As long as we beat Toledo, I'd be happy with the season!

I see 5-6 wins this year...provided we don't get killed by the injury bug again. If we catch some breaks, possibly 7. The sked is tough, sure. Usually is.

Without my orange and brown glasses, 2012 will be the year we are a serious contender again. 2011 could be a successful season. Need to beat tsun and the one down 75 as well.
