Coach Stud '87 is the new OC at LSU

Their previous OC came down with Parkinson's Disease and will step back to just being a quarterbacks coach. Coach Stud will now assume the playcalling duties.

Yeh...remember when Memphis was blitzing on every down in the 2004 GMAC Bowl so Stud called that middle screen to PJ for the TD....PJ was so open he might still be running.
That was awesome....

In terms of pay, probably.
If you're looking for a top flight HC position I think you're probably better off having success as HC on your resume (even at BG) than just being a career assistant.

I think I read one of Brady Hoke's top assistants at Meeeechigan makes $750K a year.

Weis at UF makes close to a million a year. I would bet some of the position coaches probably make more than Clawson does.

Well, I saw "Coach Stud '87" and am humbled to be known as such.
