First D-1 game of the year for Wyoming and they go across 2 time zones for an early start time. GB will pull out all stops against BG. Samuels will have his 3rd straight 100 yard game. BG pulls away in 2nd half.

BG - 37

Cowboys - 17

attendance announced as 14,500

Gregg Brandon and Greg Christopher do not shake hands at any time.

Why would they anyways? Usually just the head coaches, right? I mean, unless they know each other or something.

That being said, I think Clawson knows the fan base's feelings on Gregggggg Brandongggg and will do everything in his power to make sure the Cowboys don't leave town with a "W." Schilz goes off for 300+ and a few scores. Attack stays balances as BG rises above the 200 mark in rushing yards as well. I know, I know, that's 500+ yards of offense but it can be done!

BGSU - 45
Wyoming - 23

Was not referring to the handshake after the game.

I expect this to be tighter, but Falcons prevail in the 4th:

31-21

Keys to the game will be Boo Boo and Woods flying to wherever the ball is at, and Chris Jones blunting their ground game behind the line of scrimmage.

BG will win by outplaying the road weary Cowboys in the 2nd half! Good move to start the game at noon!

We are bright eyed and bushy-tail feathered. They are lethargic from the early start time. Furthermore they are afraid, so very afraid, of the table flat topography. We strike while they search in vain for a hill.

BGSU: 38
GB et al: 24

PS: While Mr. B was head man at BG I wrote him two trivial letters. He replied to each quickly and in his own handwriting. I wish him nothing but the best on every day except 9-17-11.

Alright, so we're up against Wyoming in week 3, a team I have no idea whether they are any good, based on the fact that they've faced two I-AA teams so far. There's still a lot of unanswered questions for us too given who we've played, but so far we've passed both tests with flying colors.

At the outside of the season I forecasted a victory in this game, and given our combined play offensively, defensively, and on special teams so far, I don't see any reason to move off of that. I could see this being a game where BG gets out to a lead early due to the early start time, but Wyoming will hang in there and make it a contest until a couple of late scores salts it away in the 4th.

Wyoming 24
Bowling Green 35

Bgsufalcon24's victory probability - 65% (in other words, not as high as Morgan State but higher than Idaho, the big tests are around the corner starting next week in Oxford)

Agreed. Coach B always replied to my emails in a timely manner. He can win every game the rest of the season after Saturday. :-D

I like the Falcons to win 44-31.

We're doomed. Brian Jones of CBS Sports Network's "Inside College Football" picked the Pokes as an upset win over the Falcons. Mr. Jones is 0 fer in his picks this season. Yikes!

How about we say they can win all of their games other than Saturday and possibly the last game of the year. We could always face them in the Humanitarian Bowl.
