Here we go Clawson crying ect ect get ride of this want a be he was out coached again. This is the start of some bad things to come. Next week WVU. Oliver Luck the AD said they will keep it under 50. I've been saying this for months. Hell I blame this on the former coach that Bowling Green fired. In my past post i said we play cupcakes. I meant to say we Are the cupcakes. Everyone have a great week and study hard and if you see Clawson give him a tissue and help him with his boo boo

Boo Boo Gates had a tremendous game. I hope that he does not get into trouble. I think he has NFL like ability as a WLB.

NFL ability.........a LONG way from that happening sorry to say.
And enough more outlandish is the second statement.........he guy broke a university rule. Why because he can help a team win games so we should let him off easy.......?!? That's the same thinking why a player that makes the mistakes like the one he just did or similar incidents and get off from NEVER LEARN their lesson. Take accoutantable for your actions and stand up for your decisions right or wrong and take the punishment that comes your way. Players that "don't get into trouble" as you say often will find themselves in more serious problems down the road or least off probably never graduate. Come on.......hold people accoutable for their actions no matter what they do.

"ect" Good stuff right there.
Miami (OH) is next week, not WVU. But, whatever.

He broke a minor rule that you are blowing up. I broke that rule many times over. This guys is not trading tats for memorabilia. I think you are assuming this is a problem child.
In terms of the NFL would you like to make a wager that he ends up in a camp?

Gates is certainly one of our best players. I dont know why anyone would call him out, he is a difference maker no question.

Thats not a team rule that's a university safety policy. Heaven forebid we would want our university students to be safe. Why would they be in there unescorted? Most, if not all times when you go into a dorm without someone living in that dorm you need a person to come and get you prior to be let up. Hence safety of students. Why have the rule if it means nothing and shouldn't be punishable? If it's that minor then get rid of it and let anyone walk into dorms anytime of day. Let me know what happens to enrollment.

Being at camp is a whole lot different then being on a roster.

Roster would be tougher for me to bet. Its so hard to make it but he has pretty good size and pretty good speed and agility and he will make tons of plays so he will get noticed. Problem is there is no rover on the NFL roster so I think teams will love him but it might be tough for him to play WLB at 5-10. A 5th safety and special teamer who can maybe be a nickel linebacker might make sense.

So the only options are
1. Let whoever walk around the dorms anytime of day.
or
2. Criminally charge students walking in a dorm that is not theirs unescorted.
Seems like there might be a tad bit of gray area there.
Lets say I am visiting my gf and staying in her dorm on the all female floor. At 4 am I have to pee and go up to the male floor unescorted......Is that criminal trespassing?

Depends.
If you are confronted by the RA, night guard, or hall director, they will probably ask you what you are doing and who you are with?
This is where "depends" comes into play.
You answer their question without being a dick, and they probably give your girlfriend a warning and an appointment to see the hall director, and you would be escorted out of the hall because the university does not promote cohabitation. Laugh all you want at that last comment and make all of the comments you are going to do, but that is university policy and when your daughter is enrolled at college, maybe you will think a little differently. [Mr. Subliminal says don't be a cheapskate and spring for a hotel room]
BUT if you go off on them, I'd expect that you would get cited, kicked out of the hall and, depending upon how belligerent you were, possibly housed at the expense of the county for the remainder of the morning.
At one time, you could walk through the male and co-ed halls without escorts during the days and early evening hours. You needed an escort if you went to the women's residence halls. I've been back at BG since July '99 and the current policy has been in effect at least that long.
You don't have to like the policy and if you want to violate it, you need to be prepared to pay the consequences.

You want an 18 year old visiting his girlfriend to get a hotel?
Literally every other weekend I was in school I broke this rule and the weekends I did not my girlfriend did. Literally every person who had a serious girlfriend or boyfriend that I was friends with broke this rule atleast once a month. This was the norm not the exception. I would bet it still is.

I like how birdbrain says we're playing West Virginia next week, I didn't know BG turned into LSU.
