Awesome...and BG had only 3 penalties today. And won the TO battle, 3-2.
Beating MU is sweet...

It seems we have enough RB options. If you give up the ball,,..you sit. A good motivational tool to have in your bag. Great job, coach!

What a day to be a falcon. The defense was the strongest I've seen in years. The offense got it done under pressure. That run by Samuel got me out of my chair.
And, a nice nap after the game.

Even nicer that you can say that with all the first and second year players in the game. Future looks brighter every year

D is much improved and I look forward to watching them grow. Ditto for the offense,,,,,,,,,But they are young and will make mistakes. Also if you dont think this coaching staff is on the the right track. ."You dont know football".....

Freak,
Thats the Stat that caught my eye when I was looking at the box score the next day. Couple that with a pretty good secondary (are they really all freshman???) and you got the makings of a pretty formidable unit.
Would still like to see better kickoff coverage, designed roll outs for quick passes.
But hey, this team is just one XP from being Undefeated.

Yeah, most of the secondary are Freshmen and Sophs. They are already becoming a solid unit and will get even better each game. Sure the team still made mistakes but they are HUSTLING. I can look past those mistakes as long as they're out for blood.

Think I saw something that said 51 of the 60 players traveling to Oxford were freshmen and sophomores.
