I hope we can somehow put on a good show. We've looked poor the last couple weeks, but hopefully we can shows signs of life for the seniors. We usually are playing on ESPN2 or ESPNU for these kind of games. Maybe the NBA lockout has something to do with it. Be that as it may, let's get a win. We can still finish 6-6 on the season despite how bleak things look.

To be fair, there is no difference between being on ESPN and ESPN2. Both are in more than 99 million households. Even ESPNU isn't an earth-shattering dropoff, to 72 million. The difference is that on Wednesday, the MAC is on both ESPN and ESPN2 at the same time. Two good games would be nice.

At the start of the year, I thought we would finish anywhere from 5-7 to 7-5. I will take 6-6, 4-4 MAC to build on what should be a contender the next couple years. And, the fact we gave two games away vs Wyoming and Kent....Grrrr.
Can't wait to get to the Doyt one more time this year...I'll be heading up early Wed PM so I can make a stop at SBX.
GO FALCONS!!! BEAT OHIO!!!!!

The give-up factor on this team is very high. I can't help but think that these last 2 games will be ugly and 4-8 is all but assured, just like our winless Novembers in 2006 and 2010.
Of course you'll all call me an Eeyore or god only knows what for saying this, but the fact of the matter is, if we have something to play for (ie: 2007, 2008, 2009) - we win in November. We were 11-1 in those three seasons. When we have nothing to play for, like last year, we pack it in.
Hope I'm wrong, but I think it's going to be a painful night on Wednesday, and then next Friday in Amherst, NY.
