BGSU has won three straight bowl games and the MAC has won eight of nine bowl games since the 1998 season, including a 5-0 mark against C-USA schools.

Two bad TU-PU stunk that up by laying that egg against BC at the Motor City Brawl a couple years back. I actually went to that game in support of the MAC and was embarassed that they were associated with our conference!

Something fun to root for this year:

I was listening to the Dan Patrick Show and I heard a commercial about the trophy they give out to the conference who wins the most bowls this year. I think we have a great chance in doing so, especially with several conferences missing bids this year. I believe the ACC has won the last two years.

I'll bet ya there's some rule that says it's "for BCS teams only".

I think that the MAC has the best chance to win the most bowls this year. BG has the toughest game but for the most part i think the MAC could go unbeaten in bowl games this year.

Go Falcons beat the Tigers!!

Awww, thats nice of you. Usually when a team gets beat, they don't buy the opposing teams bowl champions shirt and wear it around.

Well, if you were that confident you could make a bet with him that whoever loses needs to wear the opposing sides shirt for all of the following years home games.

:P

Looking on Mobile news websites I saw where some Mobile officials "assumed" that BG's team color was Green. Yikes, that is really going to make some fans angry. I hope they get the signage on the field and in the parade corrected. ;-)

...and I hope they get your colors right on our Bowl Champ shirts.

...kidding aside, you guys have a cool logo
