I could be wrong on this, but I think he is/was the 1st Glenville player to come to BG and play, at least a little. OSWHO sucks up most of them, and the "school up north" has had several. Glenville is a perennial power in NE Ohio, with Cleveland's "open enrollment" policies helping them get and retain athletes.
