BG v UT

I'm thrilled that this game has finally made it to a Saturday evening slot. However it makes me feel completely insignificant that one of the Mac's biggest rivalries can't get any air time. I don't count ESPN3 cause crap-azz internet provider isn't in the special ESPN3 circle. I would much rather have the Saturday evening game time than sell our souls for a tv spot but it sucks when you live 12+ hours away.

My mom called last night to see if it was on TV. She doesn't own a computer and really wanted to see the game. We're settling for phoned live updates from her son who will be at the game.

Does UT have any kind of relationship with BCSN? I'm often up late at night going over close plays from BG games on the DVR.

Local channels (11 and 13, pre-cable) used to regularly televise UT-BG but that seems to have gone away. BCSN has done delays in the past I think and I'm pretty sure they've done the UT-BG hoops games for both men and women but I don't recall any football.

I think it really sucks that it isn't on local tv. It's nearly a sell out, so why not?

GO FALCONS!!!
BEAT THE SCUDS!!!

While it's being streaming on ESPN3, does that mean it'll be on WatchESPN or on regular ESPN3 (which now requires a cable subscription)? Really hoping it's not blacked out...

BCSN used to tape delay Toledo games but not anymore, they work exclusively with BG.

My apartment provides Time Warner Cable internet but my xbox couldn't detect that Time Warner was the provider for whatever reason.

Interestingly enough, my Time Warner account is still linked with my ESPN ID, so I'm able to pull it up on my computer and then stream the picture to my TV via HDMI cord. Not the most ideal solution, but it saves me $34 for a ticket.

I would rather pay 34$ for the ticket and be at the game...

It better damn well be available nationwide. If it isn't, I blame Tol*do. Why?

The only explanation - they're communists.
