From the Browns Insider on Cleveland.com (The Plain Dealer):
Luke McCown will make his third consecutive start Sunday against San Diego. His backup is sounding more and more like it may be Josh Harris, the Baltimore rookie draft pick who joined the team Tuesday.
Kelly Holcomb said he is throwing the ball well in the controlled confines of the team's indoor practice facility. But team doctors have advised the staff that Holcomb could not take a hit to his three cracked ribs.
That may change by Sunday, but Holcomb also said the cold weather makes it more difficult for him to stay loose. Forecasts for Sunday are calling for 15 degrees and snow.
