The MAC (except for BG) with a terrific day today!!!

CMU beat Iowa, WMU beat UConn, NIU beat Kansas and Ball State beat USF! Great showing by the MAC beating four BCS teams!
In BGSU news, the Falcons were shut out for the first time in 13 years and missed yet another FG....

Toledo is struggling mightily against Coastal Carolina.

Not only that, but Akron is tied with Tennessee at half. If the Zips somehow pull that one out, this will probably be the single best day of football the conference has ever had with 5 BCS scalps in one day.
Really when you think about it, BG was the only team in the conference that played badly today.

That's why no MAC game is a gimmie this year.

That would be awesome if Akron can come back and beat Tennessee. Also hoping Coastal can take down the Rockets, we sure couldn't.
What is wrong with this team? It's going to be very hard to get pumped for Homecoming next week. Also, please bench Schilz. I have never been sold on him.

WE made yet another QB look like an All-American but, no, we did not lose. 38-28. Sloppy play. we have made every QB but Schiltz look much better than they probably are. Our defense is awful and will likely cost us the West.

Coastal Carolina had some good athletes on their team, I was surprised. I think Toledo will be okay in the West, probably will have high scoring games again though.
